From the moment we stepped into the Hotel Regent Petite France, we knew we had come to the right place. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the lobby spacious and pleasant. Our room was large and lovely, with a view of the lock, where the tourist boat stopped each hour. It was fascinating to watch, and just one of the added extras. The linens were all high quality and the beds very comfortable.

The restaurant overlooking the river was excellent, as was the Champagne Bar with very friendly, helpful bar-keeps. We ended each night there, adding to our local knowledge of Alsatian libations.

The hotel itself is in an excellent location in Petite France, very scenic, and close to many good restaurants. From the hotel, the city is a 5 minute walk. The Cathedral with its astronomical clock is interesting, and do take the boat trip around the town for orientation. The Alsatian Museum is also well worth a visit. Don't leave without trying some of the local Alsatian specialties such as tarte flambe and baeckoff.

When we go to travel,we choose France,as it is a beautiful country.But as a foreigner,I don't where to live,then I browsed some website and found Hotel Regent Petite France.It is near to where we go,so we decide to choose it to live.
